At Ari Essence, all hair oils are handmade with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier or post office for assistance.

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
